Subscriber must agree to abide by all terms and conditions contained
in this Agreement in order to become and remain an authorized
Subscriber of the Forum. The Stephen Sondheim Stage reserves the
right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove
portions of this Agreement at any time. If any rules contained herein
cause Subscriber to no longer comply with this agreement Subscriber
may cancel their subscription by sending an email notification to
cancel@sondheim.com.
Product and company names mentioned herein may be the trademarks of
their the names of companies, products, people, characters and/or data
mentioned herein are fictitious and are in no way intended to
represent any real individual, company, product or event, unless
otherwise noted. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
Contributors frequently share Content that they have electronically
copied from other sources. Since there are so many sources spread out
across the Internet, ranging from newspapers to scientific journals to
any number of countless other online Forums, it is impossible for the
Stephen Sondheim Stage to know if a posting represents a copyright
infringement. Indeed, it is oftentimes impossible for us to tell if
the reprinted message constitutes 1%, 10%, or 100% of the source
material. If you believe that your work has been copied in such a
manner as to represent a copyright infringement, it is your obligation

not, without the express approval of the Stephen Sondheim Stage,
distribute or otherwise publish any material containing any
solicitation of funds, advertising or solicitation for goods or

User acknowledges that any submissions may be edited, removed,
modified, published, transmitted and displayed by, and become the
property of, the Stephen Sondheim Stage. User warrants that all moral
rights in any uploaded materials have been waived.
The Forum is intended for the discussion of theatre news, discussion,
and opinion relating to the topic of Stephen Sondheim and his
contribution to the Arts. All off-topic discussion is subject to
modification and/or deletion. Please refrain from posting off topic
Content by taking such discussion to private email.
The Forum will be regularly maintined. This means threads of discussion,
which have not been as active as other more active and/or newer threads
of discussion, may be deleted regardless of topic.
The Stephen Sondheim Stage is published on an "as-is" basis without
warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, without
limitation, warranties of title or implied warranties of
merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Subscriber
hereby acknowledges that use of the Stephen Sondheim Stage is at
Subscriber's sole risk.
All information provided to the Stephen Sondheim Stage as part of the
Forum registration process will be held confidential and will not be
made available by the Stephen Sondheim Stage to the public.
Subscriber shall provide the Stephen Sondheim Stage with accurate,
complete, and updated registration information. Failure to do so shall
constitute a breach of this Agreement, which may result in immediate
termination of Subscriber's account. Subscriber may not (i) select or
use a screen or user name of another person with the intent to
impersonate that person; (ii) use a name subject to the rights of any
person other than Subscriber without authorization; or (iii) use a
screen or user name that the Stephen Sondheim Stage, in its sole
discretion, deems offensive.
Subscriber shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of
Subscriber's password. Subscriber will never be required to reveal
Subscriber's password to any representative or agent of the Stephen
Sondheim Stage, its owners or agents.
The Stephen Sondheim Stage reserves the right to send electronic mail
to any and all Subscribers, for the purpose of providing them with
information deemed by the Stephen Sondheim Stage to be of interest to
the Subscriber, and for the purpose of informing them of changes,
updates or alterations to Stephen Sondheim Stage. The Stephen Sondheim
Stage reserves the right to disclose information about Subscriber
usage and demographics in forms that do not reveal Subscribers'
personal identities.
Subscriber may terminate Subscriber's account at any time by sending
email to: cancel@sondheim.com.
The Stephen Sondheim Stage may, in its sole discretion, terminate or
suspend Subscriber's access to all or part of the Stephen Sondheim
Stage and the Forum for any reason, including, without limitation,
breach of the Subscriber Agreement or assignment of the Subscriber
Agreement by Subscriber.
